Proton nodded at J’s response. “That’s good to know. The Gligar you gave me is doing well too.”
Once they had all sat down and settled he smirked at Banette’s reaction to Archer. He was about to say something, but that smile of his was taken away at Sird’s comment. “…I thought navy blue goes well with grey?” He asked before looking down at the menu that had been left on the table. Besides, Archer over there was the one with a white tie. Who wore white ties?
“The flight was alright.” He didn’t care for the cramped spaces of an airplane, but he had dealt with it. There was some turbulence along the way that had made him nervous, but he didn’t mention that.
Banette’s excitement made Archer smile. He was pretty relaxed today, which may have had everything to do with the fact that he was simply glad to be away from the paperwork he’d busied himself up with. Thankfully, he was about done with those, so the timing was perfect. In any case, it didn’t much bother Archer that Sird’s apology may not have been sincere. There was something endearing about the fact that this usually-creepy Pokémon was being so bubbly, anyway. “Hyper? Well, there’s no need to apologize.”
Archer picked up a menu and simply listened to the brief exchanges. Well, I like the tie. Of course, he was a fan of them in general. He answered Sird’s question while is eyes picked through all of the menu options. “The flight was fine… I read some.”
J smirked at the mention of how well the pokemon was doing in Proton’s care. It was the least she could do since what happened with him getting her Zoroark. Shifting a bit, she glanced over the menu a moment and set it aside only to try and get more comfortable. “The flight was all right. A bit rough at times but all right nonetheless.” she remarked. It wasn’t often she flew over by airplane as she was so used to using her own ship but it was interesting. The only that that had irked her was a child throwing a tantrum.
It didn’t take long for the kid to shut his mouth seeing an icy glare form the hunter. The poor mother thought the kid had pissed himself from fear over that but the kid got quiet. “Anyway, how was yours?”
